Danielle Centeno
Chocolatier and co-owner
Danielle Centeno is our chocolatier for the retail shop, she makes all the confections offered at the shop
in Raleigh, NC.
She also has a background as a chef and is native from Venezuela, so she is very proud to showcase
Venezuelan origin chocolate in her confections.
Danielle helps in the cacao sourcing, bar making and hand wrapping process. She also designs our
packaging and website and takes care of our customers at the shop.
