Mordecai has a background as a photographer and artist. He is also very passionate about food made with high
quality ingredients, passion and attention to detail.
He is involved in every process of the chocolate and bar making, including the hand wrapping. He has
visited the cacao plantations along with Hal and taken most of the beautiful cacao pictures you will see on
the site. He is also great with woodwork, and is responsible for building the beautiful display we use at shows
and has done all the woodwork at our new location.
