Escazu Chocolate Bars
| Our Escazu chocolate bars are handcrafted 100% from the bean by us in Raleigh, NC. Currently, we make both Single origin bars and bars made with a blend of Carenero Superior from Venezuela, Ecuadorian Nacional and organic Costa Rican beans. They vary in the percentage of cacao content and the ingredients we add to them. Because of the artisan nature of these bars not all flavors will be available at all times, please give us a week lead time when an item is not available.

Named after the town where we started, the Beaufort Bar is 67% Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt. If you love chocolate covered pretzels, popcorn and chocolate or anything sweet and salty, this might be the one for you.

73% Dark Chocolate with roasted pumpkin seeds and guajillo chili. A chocolate with a bit of everything, crunchiness, saltiness, spiciness and sweetness. (Less spicy than the 74% with chipotle, since guajillo is a milder chili)
