Hojicha - Milk Chocolate Bar

What it is: Escazú 55% milk chocolate ground with hojicha powder sourced by Feature Flora from the Kiroku Tea Garden, a 4th generation women-owned tea farm in Wazuka, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Hojicha is a roasted green tea and this bar uses Hojicha Powder that is stone-milled, just like matcha, into a super fine powder.

What it's like: Earthy, nutty, toasty, and creamy
