Brewer's Blend

A 5 lb. bag of a combination of raw and roasted nibs and husks. These are best used for brewing/infusing/extracting flavor, they have not been prepared to be eaten as is. Compared to the Brewers Nibs, the flavor of this Blend is going to be more acidic and earthy, but the suggested uses are the same.

Suggested uses:
• brewing beer or kombucha
• cocoa tea
• infusing bread doughs
