Single Origin Bars

These bars are made with cacao from a single origin to preserve and highlight the flavor nuances of a specific place and time. We source our beans from Latin America based on research and availability. Once the beans are in our hands, we sort, roast, and winnow the beans before we can finally process the nibs into chocolate. We choose a cacao/sugar ratio based on instinct and the properties of the cacao.

People often ask us: can you really taste a difference? The answer is simple: we absolutely can! Every time we taste a new single origin, or revisit one that we’ve already made, we’re stunned at how distinct they each are. These bars are made to be savored, one careful bite at a time. Pay close attention to how the flavor evolves; even just from the tip of your tongue to the back of your mouth.
